KDC Systems provided building automation solutions for the third phase of a campus housing plan at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). This phase included the addition of a six-building, 1,050-bed complex with a central plant, dining, and residences.
We worked closely with campus officials, the commissioning agent, and the design-build contractor to engineer and install control systems customized to CSUF’s specific needs.
Our solution not only interfaces with third-party systems, it helps improve CSUF’s control of their heating, lighting, security, and other critical systems throughout their facilities.
CSUF needed complete building automation and controls throughout their new campus addition.
Our solutions included providing engineering assistance, software and graphics development, and installation of:
- Building automation controls network communications
- Valves and instrumentation
- Control systems
